Knowing the main stages in a relationship will help you to understand the spot where you along with your partner are, helping to explain what seems to be puzzling behaviors. They generate a guide to your healthy relationships; there are main six relationship stages below:

The idealization stage

At this first stage each partner attempts get along and show only their best sides; you both are making as much as you can to make things work for you. Perturbation stage

Now each of you start noticing the differences between each other. Conflicts arising but they usually handled fast. During this stage, the partners either handle this or it may lead to separating.

Partners accept and appreciate each other's weak sides; they don't use force and mentality realize that love brings not only joy to their life, but sometimes it makes them struggle.

The stability stage

Each partner relaxes and affirms that they might never alter the other partner completely. They begin giving each other more love and respect without stressing out about each other's imperfections.

The surrender stage

Couples give up to reality and accept that relationships can have their shortcomings too. Here they figure out how to love each other and truly feel their connection. It can be indication that you are both prepared to commit long term together.

The complete trust and love stage

This is actually the final stage; trust becomes unbreakable. Couples start working on projects, and they also turn into strong team; this becomes really obvious to all around them.

What happens if you fail at one of the stages?

The main thing here is communication. Focus on your soulmate speaks first and try not to interrupt her or him. You may have to accept that you feel sometimes differently. Try to walk in his/her shoes instead of make another attempt to change his point of view or even his/her personality.
